Ryan Heine

Ryan Heine is a lifelong resident of Burlington and has over a decade of experience in selling Residential and Commercial Real Estate in the GTHA. Growing up, Ryan was no stranger to Real Estate development. His grandfather, Rudy Reimer built sufficient amounts of both Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Burlington that Ryan was able to learn from and apply to his own business.

In Ryan’s earlier years he was a national-level Rugby player and represented Canada at the Junior World Cup. Following his decision to hang up the rugby boots Ryan followed along in his family's footsteps and started in construction. He, his father and brother decided to build a cottage in the Muskoka’s in the summer of 2008. Upon completion of this project, Ryan realized his real passion was sales and began the journey to achieve his Real Estate License. In the Fall of 2009, Ryan received his certificate to sell Real Estate and has never looked back.

Over the past several years Ryan has conducted numerous Real Estate transactions and has successfully helped many people find their first homes, forever homes and investment properties.

Ryan has dedicated his entire adult life to this industry and will always strive to succeed and give his clients the utmost professional advice.

As an active member of the Burlington community, Ryan enjoys spending time on the rink coaching minor hockey for the Burlington Eagles and volunteering on a weekly basis at the Burlington Food Bank.

In his spare time, he can be found on the links working towards his PGA tour card or in the kitchen cooking his way to his next Michelin star.
